The product sent each month has helped tremendously with my skin. The only thing that makes me give 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is not much attentiveness from the dermatologist... meaning there are no random check ins or requests for updated photos to ensure best treatment. If I reach out, I typically will get a response within a couple days though. I also would like the option of doing a quarterly shipment rather than having to remember to postpone shipments each month.
