I didn't feel like my concerns were listened to at all. It felt like a lot of the responses were copy/pasted from some kind of script. I confirmed this after comparing responses with a friend. That confirmed my suspicion because they were so very similar, despite trying to tackle completely different issues. I used curology for over a year and walked away with no changes in my skin. Pretty frustrsting, I wish I would have quit earlier but I knew I had to be patient. At one point I just got fed up.
