I really loved my Curology subscription for the several months that I had it, until the billing policies changed. I was less frustrated with the change in the policy and more frustrated with the way customer service handled the questions I had about it. I canceled my subscription because of it and have not renewed. I miss getting my box in the mail, but bad customer service absolutely ruined my experience.
