Need a reminder before the bottle ships, every time. a couple days so we have time to log in and put it off if we’re not test through with the current bottle. Also acts as a reminder to check in with our consultant about any new issues or trouble spots! I don’t think to communicate that until my current bottle is running out. Otherwise, I’ve had great experience with the results of the project. Last thing I’ll say, why did you go through all the work to rebrand when you had a BEAUTIFUL successful look from the work of Emma Brooks?! I thought it was so clean and represented your brand so well. New visuals don’t feel like a big step of an improvement...more of just a side step, and very trendy. Sadly, in my opinion, the short-lived trendy type brings down your credibility as a reputable skincare plan.
