This is a terrible product. I got a free trial bottle and it didnt help my skin one bit, if anything, it made it worse. After, I decided to cancel my monthly shipments, therefore, I would not have to pay. Just now, I got a text saying my order has shipped, when I cancelled it a month ago. I cancelled my transaction again, to make sure I would not be charged. I hope that's all it takes.
