I wanted to start using curology. However, once I created an account, sent my photos for the free trial I STILL haven’t heard from them for a whole week, no contact about my treatment plan, nothing. Now I cannot log back into my account with my email and password because it keeps saying “oops wrong email/password.” Now I cannot cancel my subscription.
