Ordered a hoover, misspelt email. Tried to amend, made over 10 calls continually told lie after lie. Said they would amend. Still not done. Can’t even contact the store as is automated. Have to actually write in to complain. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Never again form Currys and PC World.
Used Twitter, Resolve complaints still no end in sight.
