God knows how it can make money with such a badly implemented ordering system, would love to order elsewhere but have voucher to use”

“I recently intended to purchase a PayPal device from Curry’s. According to the website, the product was available, but when I visited the branches, I could not find any device. This experience indicates a lack of coordination between online inventory and actual stock in stores. I hope the store management will pay more attention to inventory coordination and accurate information.”
“Same as everyone else. I try and register and once I do the reCAPTCHA thing I get the "Sorry, you have been blocked". I'm on a static IP address and have sat on it for a few years. I've tried a different IP using TOR and even tried with my mobile using mobile data and all have the same issue.”
“Terrible site, I’m having to update password each and every time I log on to the website and creation app which is the finance attached to the curry’s purchase etc. Each and every time they say wrong password then I have to reset each time. My phone updates each password word each time I update it and to be honest really fed up of dealing with these 2 Companies absolutely rubbish websites and log o facilities. I’ve even set up Face ID for the two and what a waste of time that turns out to be. At the moment they won’t get 1 star out of 5 because it’s such a shambles. “I am sat here 4th September 2025 having been trying to get help for over an hour. 28mins on the first call that was not answered. Went to live chat which was clearly a BOT not a human. Damn thing couldn't answer some things. Asked to speak to a human and it told me I would have to wait 16 mins. Went back to my phone a few mins later and the BOT was still saying 16 mins. Now calling again currently at 25 mins waiting. My washing machine broke yesterday. I ordered one online for today. I received a call at 7.45 this morning saying that I won't be getting my delivery until next Thursday. Terrible customer service and we won't be using them again.”
“I recently purchased an AC unit from the Currys website. It worked fine for about a month, then the compressor started making an awful grinding noise. I did what any customer would do, reported it online via the contact centre. Getting through to them was a battle in itself. After numerous follow-up calls and over a week of desperation and frustration, collection was finally arranged. But just when I thought the nightmare was ending, the online/telephone team left me hanging. They mistreated me over the phone, offered no solution, and left me completely in the dark.
By this point, I was ready to lose it. Then I walked into the Currys Chadwell Heath store, and here’s where the story takes a turn. The reception team was welcoming, but it was Mir who turned everything around. In under five minutes, he listened to my situation, understood the mess I’d been through, and calmly initiated a refund without any fuss. That’s it, problem solved.
No pointless back-and-forth, no hiding behind “policy,” no passing the buck. Just someone taking ownership and creating a solution right there on the spot. I’ve been in operations for 15 years, serving customers and handling disputes, and I can tell you this, genuine passion for helping people is rare. In all my years, I’ve only met a handful of people like Mir who truly care about resolving an issue.
Currys, if you’re reading this, give this man a raise. Better yet, make him your escalation head or customer service manager. Because while your online/telephone handling of my case was downright appalling, Mir single-handedly brought my blood pressure down and restored some of my faith in your brand or at least the Chadwell Heath Store.
Kudos to Mir and the reception team at Chadwell Heath, you turned an awful experience into one worth talking about. 5-stars only for you guys otherwise without hope.”

I phoned and was told by "Ryan"... yeah ok... that he cant do anything.
So either they dont care or they dont want our business!

“I ordered an air conditioner from Currys two weeks ago. Without any notification or my consent, my order was cancelled. When I contacted customer service, I was told it was “out of stock”—something I only found out because I chased them, not because they informed me.
The worst part? Every single interaction with their customer service was useless. All I got was the same robotic response: “Sorry to hear that.” No actual help, no alternatives, no effort—just a complete lack of professionalism.

I typed the word curry’s into my search h engine so I could view their products and was instantly blocked! Curry’s get your act together!”
“Choosing a Chromebook for my child to do their homework on. Before you can even put the item in your basket it wants your postcode to show if they deliver to you. Put in the postcode and it tells me its invalid! Erm, not according to Royal Mail it isn't.
Even ignoring all that, its a terrible website to navigate”
