I have been unable to contact customer service. My purchase receipt has wrong email address and it is impossible to correct this. Thus I have not received confirmation email. The after sales communication is dreadful

Curry’s website contains blatant inaccuracies about the Kenwood kMix. It states categorically that the mixer has a ‘pulse’ function which is one reason I bought it. I got it home and it doesn’t have one. Their ‘expert’ asked why it was important and then suggested I switch it on and off. No idea what they were talking about. Currys will not deal with this matter and have just gone quiet on me. An absolutely disgraceful way to treat what was a very loyal customer, they have almost a monopoly now other companies have gone out of business and refuse to alter their website. Beware the incompetence and lies on the website. John Lewis’s are a much better company.

Won't let you onto the website, holding screen saying it is checking my security???? I have never experienced this with any other website ever!! Says it will take 5 minutes in reality takes 10 minutes. Crashes constantly. You search filter by price, look at a product, decide that's not the one you want , go back and it reverts back to sorted by recommended every time. Very frustrating

Having bought a Samson tv about 3 months ago from the New Maldon branch of Curry’s from the Samson rep who could not have been more helpful and respectful of our needs. He never pushed or pressurised us but explained in layman’s language what we should be looking for. We went back this week to purchase a pair of Sony stereo headset (my wife is a little deaf), went back to the same guy who once again chose the appropriate headset and patiently wrote down how we should tune it in when we got home after showing us how to do it on the store tv. So pleased that we have a Curry’s and such helpful staff near where live. Colin Craven

Tried repeatedly to use Currys website to buy a microwave and built in hob (£300 to £400) but blocked by Cloudflare constantly so we went to Argos and Amazon. Currys loss.

I recently visited your store in Fosse Park with my husband's laptop (purchased from your store) which had I had a problem with. I explained that my husband had recently passed away and how I had struggled with trying to sort this. Your customer services/repairs member of staff (Alan) managed to sort the problem for me and also managed to retrieve my wedding photos which had also been deleted. I cannot tell you how relieved I was and how empathetic that young man was at this stressful time for me. I was so grateful to him and how his help had made such a difference for me at this distressing time. Thank you so much.

We visited your store in Rhyl, North Wales yesterday and your staff member Dominic assisted us, he was very knowledgeable about the products, he listened to us and then helped us to choose the right product for us! We will return to this store again! Thank you Dominic, it's exactly what we wanted & works brilliantly!!

There is no information about the delivery of household appliances to buildings without an elevator. Equipment value £1500, who can afford to lose such a small retail customer.

Your staff are so ride. I was at the check out at your Darlington shop waiting to be served. Three staff were standing talking and I asked for help and a girl. Said "we are talking". Such rude staff that I left the shop without buying the TV I wanted. No wonder shopping on line is much better with shop staff like the three girls in this shop. I was in at 2.45 today.

Initial access to the site extremely slow took over 5 minutes. This was due to the rubbish Cloudflare DDos front end. When I eventually got there the "chat to us" feature never actually got to a chat window. Gave up as better things to do than go round in circles all night. bought from ao.com instead.

Dismal service after a recent online order. Ordered on 14th April still waiting for delivery on 23 may. Shocking customer support to eventually be told royal mail has lost parcel and will have to wait another 21 days for refund. Avoid using this company for delivery as it seems the norm that along with royal mail they loose your order

Ordered a TV and bracket online but cancelled the order a few hours later after finding a better one elsewhere. Nearly 4 months later and I still have not been refunded the £588.99 they took. Even though the items were never delivered to me. Customer Serivices are completely useless. I've made somewhere between 15-20 phone calls to them and had the same conversation over and over again. It's just one excuse after another including "we lost the parcel and have to wait for an investigation (which takes 21 days) before we can refund you" CUR2113197395 is the order number. I want my money!

I ordered a microwave and collected it from store. I went in and it took them ages to find and after several conversations where they said it was not there (which I did not accept), they eventually located it. The second time I used the microwave it broke. I tried to contact them online, but they were useless so decided to phone. Twice after being on hold for ages I got through, only for the line to go dead before I spoke. However, on third attempt they arranged collection. Then nothing, so after a couple of weeks I chased and was told to wait 14 days. I did this and called again. I was then told 14 working days. I waited and called again, still nothing. So I complained and was told it would be escalated and I would be contacted in a few days- I wasn't. So I complained again. I was assured it would be escalated, that I would be contacted in a few days and compensated. Again no contact. So I complained again. They apologised and escalated. Nothing. So I complained again. Was told after many, many weeks that no more stock. So no microwave, no compensation and a shoddy "sorry" to get rid of me. Too many calls and online queries to detail here. Hours and hours of my life wasted. Service disgusting beyond belief!

Anyone intending to order by phone or on-line from Currys PC World should thing twice. We placed an order on-line for a Dyson cleaner two weeks ago and tracked it on-line. It was supposed to come from a local store in Clacton, eight miles away. The tracking indicated it was in NE England on its way to Scotland with no indication when or if it would reach us - so we cancelled the order. We are now struggling for a refund. They won't answer the telephone, are exceedingly unhelpful and practically obstructive on an on-line chat, which is difficult to get in the first place. They refuse to confirm anything by e-mail and seem to be unaware of such things as 'customer service' or 'customer satisfaction'. I will give them a few more days to respond before initiating legal proceedings. They are one company that deserves to vanish in the current difficult times.

If you can find Currys Customer service number, then you are lucky, if you can talk to someone on the number you find, you could win a lottery. Currys has removed their contact number from website, and when i find their old CS number, so many automated options, then just cut you out. I understand its busy time for them, but apparently, they are not geared up for the booming. Then if you want to try their webchat, I have tried about 5 occasions, I must say, these agents are not properly trained, they have no idea how to help customer and some of them are very rude as well, close the chat if they realise they do not know what they are doing, or keep you on hold, send you a message every 10 mins. Currys. Its disgusting service. I can not speak the worse. Yes you are large company, but people does not have to buy from you if you there is no after sale service what so ever.

I needed to return a laptop which they delivered broken in the first place. Their customer service was never to be found and I was tossed from platform to platform only to be told that they do not deal with my query and should try online, phone, chat and so on. When I finally managed to get to someone on the chat they told me I have to wait for up to 14 days for a replacement after they receive my return. I urgently needed this laptop for my online classes as my previous one broke down but now I have to wait a ridiculously long time for them to replace THEIR broken item. Avoid at any cost, nobody needs this frustration when they pay so much money for a much needed product.

Regrettably I am never buying anything from Currys PC World again. 3 months to get a simple refund for a door removal charge not used in the end when delivering a fridge freezer. They continue not to refund or compensate for a Sony TV with various functions not working having told them 4 days after they sold it in August. Despite taking it back to the shop in original condition and packaging they refused to accept it. They don't answer the phone on team know how unless it's automated Look at other review sites there are plenty similar to this review

Ordered a hoover, misspelt email. Tried to amend, made over 10 calls continually told lie after lie. Said they would amend. Still not done. Can’t even contact the store as is automated. Have to actually write in to complain. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Never again form Currys and PC World. Used Twitter, Resolve complaints still no end in sight.
