“I am sat here 4th September 2025 having been trying to get help for over an hour. 28mins on the first call that was not answered. Went to live chat which was clearly a BOT not a human. Damn thing couldn't answer some things. Asked to speak to a human and it told me I would have to wait 16 mins. Went back to my phone a few mins later and the BOT was still saying 16 mins. Now calling again currently at 25 mins waiting. My washing machine broke yesterday. I ordered one online for today. I received a call at 7.45 this morning saying that I won't be getting my delivery until next Thursday. Terrible customer service and we won't be using them again.”

“I ordered an air conditioner from Currys two weeks ago. Without any notification or my consent, my order was cancelled. When I contacted customer service, I was told it was “out of stock”—something I only found out because I chased them, not because they informed me.
The worst part? Every single interaction with their customer service was useless. All I got was the same robotic response: “Sorry to hear that.” No actual help, no alternatives, no effort—just a complete lack of professionalism.
This isn’t just poor service, it’s a blatant disregard for customers. I will never shop with Currys again and strongly advise others to avoid them. They’ll waste your time, take your money, and leave you chasing answers.”
“Completely unusable. The sort and filter functions just do not respond at all and hiding out of stock items totally breaks the site. This site has been awful for years but seems only to be getting worse. Not a good look for a tech company.”
“If I could post 0 stars I would! Trying to view products on the curry’s page on my phone and I have been blocked by cloud flare! I have done nothing suspicious or illegal. I typed the word curry’s into my search h engine so I could view their products and was instantly blocked! Curry’s get your act together!”
“Choosing a Chromebook for my child to do their homework on. Before you can even put the item in your basket it wants your postcode to show if they deliver to you. Put in the postcode and it tells me its invalid! Erm, not according to Royal Mail it isn't.
Even ignoring all that, its a terrible website to navigate”

I believe I was probably blocked because I had typo'd some symbols in the search field and it assumed it was an SQL injection. Either way, some typo.
