I explained that my husband had recently passed away and how I had struggled with trying to sort this. Your customer services/repairs member of staff (Alan) managed to sort the problem for me and also managed to retrieve my wedding photos which had also been deleted. I cannot tell you how relieved I was and how empathetic that young man was at this stressful time for me.
