I am sat here 4th September 2025 having been trying to get help for over an hour. 28mins on the first call that was not answered. Went to live chat which was clearly a BOT not a human. Damn thing couldn't answer some things. Asked to speak to a human and it told me I would have to wait 16 mins. Went back to my phone a few mins later and the BOT was still saying 16 mins. Now calling again currently at 25 mins waiting. My washing machine broke yesterday. I ordered one online for today. I received a call at 7.45 this morning saying that I won't be getting my delivery until next Thursday. Terrible customer service and we won't be using them again.
