Fridge freezer delivered today damaged. Spent 1hr 20 mins on phone and still don't know when a replacement will come. Terrible service. I wish I'd paid more and used a local business. Getting thru to customer service a nightmare. If you email customer service you get a message saying the mailbox isn't functioning any more. A horrible stressful experience. Not enough staff answering phones and prob on minimum wage too. A mess
