I ordered 4 items for next day paid delivery, 3 items received next day as said. And received an email saying that one item will be delivered next week. When I called to know why. They said we will refund the delivery cost Instead of delivering it the next day. They didn't even apologise for inconvenience made by them. I lost one day of my work for waiting for the delivery. I am really not happy with their attitude and service.
