Brought a TV in the black Friday deals, contacted Currys as i had no delivery date confirmed, told due to an error on their part i need to cancel my order and re-order at full price. Even though on BBC news website it said that the firm are letting their customer service team know that they need to honour Black friday prices. But on the live Chat he was not helping me out at all and said to cancel and re-buy was my only option for full price.
What is even worse is that the TV in in Stock, i can not get my head around it, i knew i should of Brought from John Lewis, Lesson learnt, i will never buy from Currys again.
