I ordered a PC gaming bundle and paid for the next day delivery!! Chased up the confirmation and order to be told yeah we’ve taken your £654 for the bundle but the order has not gone through. You would have to wait for the funds 3-5 working days!! Re order the item online!! With what?? You have my funds for this!!
I don’t bloody think so!! 7 days to Christmas as well!! No much help from the customer service who could not help try and get what was a Christmas present to arrive!!
Never again will trust your website!! I’m now £654 out of pocket !!!!
