I ordered, and paid for, a Shark vacuum cleaner, online, on 11 Dec, and was informed that it would be ready to collect from my local Curry’s in 3 days time. The email also said to ‘sit tight’ and wait for an email informing me that my purchase was ready for collection.
I’ve heard nothing! I appreciate that due to the current situation there might be delays, but how discourteous - rude even- not to even keep customers informed! Curry’s have my money - I would like the cleaner which I have paid for! I’m in my 70s and need the cleaner. I chose Curry’s as I thought it would be reliable - silly me!!! I would just like to be given some information as to the whereabouts/delivery of my vacuum cleaner! I’ve tried email/phone/chat etc - all to no avail. Greatly disappointed - and cross!
