Bought a fridge freezer 6 months ago. Developed a fault (freezer not working) 3 weeks ago. Fault reported. Repair man came but repair wasn't successful. The second time he came out couldn't diagnose the fault.
I asked for a replacement or a refund, he said he would see what he could do.
I've been without my fridge freezer not working for over 3 weeks now.
With the covid lockdown am I supposed to run the gauntlet of buying food every day?
I'm 73 years old and don't need CURRYS making my life any harder through lack of common sense.
