Ordered a Samsung Galaxy tablet and paid for it on the internet. Was looking forward to a Christmas delivery.
I am STILL waiting for it almost a MONTH later. Really difficult to contact - queues of 30 or more! Eventually got through only to be told the item was out of stock & I would have to re-order. Cancelled - in disgust.
Pathetic service and even worse customer relations.
