Terrible service, ordered and paid for a stand mixer online showing in stock to collect next day.
Received email today saying order cancelled with no information why, rang customer service number, after 16 minutes been told non in stock so had to cancel, I went online I can see it still showing in stock at my local Currys store.
The refund will now take 7 to 14 days, out of pocket with no product, shop only if you have extra cash or you can wait for a refund.
I will not be shopping at Currys in my lifetime.
