Took money from my account , order apparently did not go through, now will take up to 5 days to refund money , can't get to speak to anyone it's all online , cannot reorder until I have my money back , need a machine asap as I need to wash my nurse uniforms . Totally disgraceful service.I
If I had been able to speak with someone I am sure they could have reorderd it , arranged delivery etc. Won't be using them again. If I hadn't contacted them I would never have known order hadn't gone through although they took my money.
