Use ao or Argos or anywhere but curry’s
Brought a new tv jan 2021. Just moved into our new house and unboxed 5 days ago. There is a problem with the screen. No phone number to call to speak to a human and was passed onto Samsung. They advised me the tv is from 2016 ie 5 years old. It’s missing lots of features that it says it has on curry’s website.
Contacted curry’s on Facebook as that was the only way I could get a response after 2 pointless replies I’m getting ghosted. Fuming 😤
