Worst customer service ever!
Showing an item in stock so purchased. Didn’t get it on deliver date so chased to find out it was out of stock. Asked for a refund 5 times over three days and only got standard replies. Called them and got told I needed to fill in a form. Did that and they quote 14 days for processing. What a joke. It was there stock error and these things happen but sort it out for the customer not muck them about
