I bought a lap top and a tablet.
The laptop delivered, but the tablet not, unknown address. Same address on both product. That was my husbands Christmas present.
After that, I made many phone calles, spoke with many people, better to say robots. You know that type of people.
They repeating what they are allowed to say, but you can't get any answer for your question, for example, where is my refund?
I was waiting for 2 month to get back my money.
That is not acceptable.
