I ordered a pc and monitor. The pc arrived but no monitor, I waited to see if it would be delivered separately then called to discover that the monitor is out of stock. Curry’s took my money and failed to inform me it was out of stock, if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known. Atrocious customer service. Decided to return the pc and so now have to wait a further 2 weeks for a refund.
Funny how you can speak to an agent immediately when they want to sell you something but when they’ve made an error, there are long wait times and they then shrug their shoulders.
I won’t be shopping at curry’s again.
