Diabolical customer service
Bought a laptop for my son. When delivery didn't turn up I inquired what was the delay and was told I would have to wait six weeks minimum for delivery as out of stock or cancel the order and re-order a different one. Because I bought using their credit plan meant I had to wait 5 days before I could re-order. They were so unhelpful and I spent hours on the phone sorting out. Stay away. I lodge a complaint using there complaints procedure nearly two weeks ago and they have not even replied.
STILL NO REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS IN MY OPINION.
