Ordered a Samsung American fridge freezer. They arrived with it today and said they couldn’t bring it into the house because it needed a 4 man team which the delivery company didn’t provide. (So why did they sell it to me and let me pay money for installation?) There were also some steps which they said they were not prepared to deal with. I had explained the layout of the property in the shop, even making a sketch. They said they could leave it at the door or I could find 2 people to help them ! Neither man was wearing a face mask. What sort of a company is this? I am now awaiting a refund and I shall go to John Lewis where I should have gone in the first place.
