After placing my order I was notified that part of the order was no longer available but the rest was dispatched. It didn't arrive in the specified time frame so after a couple of days I phoned "customer services" an automated series of menus which eventually told me to contact the courier. Eventually the courier declare it a missing item. Used web-chat to contact Curry's but it couldn't understand my problem, was eventually transferred to a human who was not very helpful. Then told i needed to wait for the 'lost in transit team' to contact me which would take upto 14 days.
Then parcel turned up in less than perfect condition, and as i had already sourced alternatives from elsewhere I used the online form to organise a return and refund. I received communication from the courier (different firm to delivery) but nothing from Curry's, no return label or barcode to include in the package. I had to discover the return address from the very small and badly printed label on the original package.
I will never shop in Curry's again and nor will i suggest anyone else goes there.
