Absolutely rubbish customer service. Bought a laptop, didn't even collect it. Asked for a refund, no one can help!
for something as simple as a refund, for a product that hadn't been picked up, they can't manage it.
I have gone to store physically on two separate occasion. I have waited on the phone for hours, still nothing had been resolved. So furious.
