Purchased a Curry's essential freezer that arrived & had a damaged drawer with razer sharp edges. I had also ordered frozen food for that evening so had no choice but to unpack & use the freezer. Over the next few days life happened but I eventually got round to calling customer support (around a week later) to organise either a discount to purchase a new drawer, a new drawer or a new freezer. I was told by the call operator that because I had installed the freezer I was not entitled to an exchange, refund, new drawer or compensation to cover the cost of a new drawer. I was also told that if I had not installed the freezer and instead let the £200 of frozen food go to waste then I would have been compensated for the lost food. To top it all the call operator was rude and hung up on me because i told her I was recording the call. I have spent around £5000 with this company this year. I WILL NEVER return.
