obsolutley shocking customer service!
our TV broke and were told it was too expensive to fix because apparently we it wasn't under warranty, we found out today, 3 months later after not having a TV so long and almost being over 2 thousand pound down, becasue we almost bought a brand new TV, that intact our TV is covered under the warranty until 2023! Not only that but when on the phone trying to sort it out, the man just hung up on my partner! We have no been helped at all and are angry & very disappointed!
