The customer service teams at Currys are either too poorly trained or constrained by policy to put customer satisfaction first.
I have spoken to new fewer then four reps in the past week - both in store and over the phone, all of which had a different view on what their own policies and processes were. The only person (Andrea, phone) who even tried to help, was later described by Sally as being completely wrong.
The combination of corporate inflexibility and at best forgetful, at worst - outright rude customer service, is that I will never buy anything from the Dixons Carphone ever again.
