What a shambolic company. The customer service is the worst I have experienced, the loop of the call centre is horrendous, from the time of having to report a repair, to them writing off the washing machine has been nothing but error and problem. 37 phone calls (The power of smart phones) and 04 days later, I have been advised that they will be in touch.
