I have been a customer for many years with PC World and Currys and have always bought from them and have spent a lot of money over the years.
I have just received the worst service ever, I placed an order up to £900.00 for a simple hood and hob. Needed it delivered as soon as possible so I went ahead and ordered as it was a next day delivery and two items on Monday. This was advised by the sales team on the phone and an emil confirmation from them.
I sat around all day on Thursday waiting for my order and nothing turned up, I called the customer services team for an update and they could not tell me what has happened to the order and when it would be delivered.
I wasted nearly three hours on the phone speaking to their delivery team, and no one could give me an answer. I asked to speak to a manager and was promised a call back yesterday. No call....
This morning I have spent yet another 2 hours trying to find out about my order and no one still knows what is going on. This is absolutely appalling service. I could have gone to AO.com and would have got next delivery and the items where cheaper!!! Anyone placing an order with Curry's, think twice before doing it.
I now dont know how long it will take for them to refund my money????
