Attempts to get a new faulty washing machine repaired, replaced or refunded a week after delivery was impossible. Non existent customer service, they do not respond to email, drop lines if phoning. Sometimes you might get lucky and get though after 20 minutes or so but it invariably ends with 'the system is down, call back tomorrow'. Absolutely useless company. I'll never buy from Currys again.
