we ordered a dishwasher to be delivered 4 days later, only to receive a call at 7 am the day of delivery to say the product was not in the warehouse we had paid and received confirmation of delivery.
the online people were not very helpful and mildly confrontational. We decided to go and collect the dishwasher ourselves from a local store this proved to be a much more positive experience.
