I ordered a Bosch oven and hob from Currys - brilliant products but what has to be the worst ever customer service I have ever heard of. Nothing arrived when promised, promised calls were not made, the cooker was installed incorrectly and damaged but Currys do not want to know. I went all the way to the CEO who just passed it back down the chain. We are still waiting for this to be sorted out after several weeks
Whatever you do NEVER buy anything from Currys / PCWorld
