Worst customer service I have ever experienced in 16 years working in retail.
6 phone calls, twice they hung up on me. Last call I was told I'd be called back because the agent had to speak to the manufacturer but she never called me back after 2 weeks.
I have been trying to return my twice faulty unit now for nearly 1 month and nobody wants to help.
I even tried the chat but after describing my issue they left the chat.
Having working in customer services I can say with confidence that the agents are all cherry picking their tickets and if you raise an issue they don't want to deal with the will just hang up on you or will give you a BS story and empty promises to get you off the phone.
