Lied to about reasons they wouldn't price match including returns policy (which was better than Currys), the competitor was not a UK company (they were) etc.
Issued a voucher by Currys which they then declined, failed to call me back over 5 times, webchat team refuse to raise complaints, don't understand the issue and do very little but take a look time to deal with (I am up to 7 hours and counting!)
Really poor service, unclear returns policy, much better customer service from competitors which I would recommend in a heart beat. Avoid.
