Paid over £700 for a washer/dryer, & also paid an extra £45 for a Sunday delivery.
They had apparently called just prior to their allotted delivey slot, but my phone was switched off.
So instead of turning up & knocking my door, their driver simply chose to go home (guess he wanted an early finish!! 🤬), but when I complained they claimed that this was a genuine attempt to deliver, & promptly refused to reimburse me for the delivery fee!
Scandalous, & having spoken with orher people, it's a common scam they pull !!!
