I was just looking for a basic smartphone, the only requirement was that it had NFC capability. On browsing Currys online I found a device within budget with the feature and therefore placed the order. On receipt of the order I set up the device only to find that the device doesn't have NFC as clearly stated on the website. Looking into other devices which Currys list as having NFC and comparing with manufacturers websites I've found several more which on Currys claim the feature but on the manufacturer states they don't. Seem to be a data integrity issue here. Also when trying to arrange the return there is no option to select "not as described" as the reason for return and then have to go through circles with annoying chat bots which don't help and take me back to my orders to place a return where there isn't the option to return for not as described. Really frustrating until you can finally chat with a human. The human was great once I got there, but the rest is a mess.
