Absolutely disgusting service. I have had to wait 13 days for know how (know f*** all) to come and see to a broken washing machine.
That isn't customer service when you have already paid up front for cover.
They never respond to emails, they just send a generated response and then ignore you.
My machine better be fixed tomorrow or I wont let your employee out of my house.
