Very poor returns. Queues for returns at Cheltenham branch very frustrating. Many staff in store seemingly doing very little. Staff on tills with no customers not willing to help
Ben on the returns desk was having to deal with all returns, collections and repairs. He was so hard working
The customers queuing for returns were all so angry, some declaring they will never shop at curry's again. This was Tuesday morning, not a busy Saturday.
