Quick to jump on you when they think they're going to get your commission, quick to fob you off when there's a problem.
I bought an iPhone 6 from them which developed problems after 6 weeks, as advised by Apple I took it to the store it was brought from, who refused to do anything about it and sent me out of my way to an Apple Store over 7 miles away. Not quite sure this all fits under the credit consumer act, therefore I have a complaint ongoing.
