I ordered our fridge through currys needing the to be door reversed. We paid £50 for the privilege expecting it to be ship shape on delivery. It wasn't. The door wasn't reversed and neither was it level. The engineer was happy to leave stating that he would be back that day... He wasn't.
Since that day I have been on the phone to currys 3 times at an hour each time. We have had 4 more engineers out (2 didn't have the appropriate tools and 2 didn't have the correct hinges). Apparently the hinges have been ordered in and currys will call me when so. They have never returned a call, so I imagine that's another hour I will need to spend on the phone to them.
It has been a month since original delivery and I have paid for a service Currys have yet to deliver on. It's utterly appalling.
Without a doubt I will be raising a rather large complaint and never shopping at currys again. It's John Lewis for sure. They may well me a few ££ more, but they never fail on service.
