Customer service appalling to an 80 year old who was buying cooker in shop. Look the person in the eye & speak to them not the carer!
Oven installed & oven faulty. An hour on the phone to Aftersales at KnowHow absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs. Replacement oven coming out. Logic awful.
