Purchased a freezer and booked a delivery date. However, nothing arrived. No response from Customer services. I even had a text saying the thing would be delivered on the due day but it wasn't.
Then the next day the delivery arrived. The driver said he had no record of delivery the day before. This was on a day their website said no delivery was possible. Good job we were in.
Customer services replied after the delivery to say that there was no problem.
Looking at the reviews on here it seems we have been let off lightly.
