I arranged for a TV to be picked up for repair after it developed a fault
I took a day off work and waited in all day. At 1730 the tracking updated to say cancelled. I recieved no phone call or communication. After contacting customer service I was told it was cancelled due to traffic
Absolutely disgusting service and communication they now state the TV will be collected friday. No idea whether they will bother this time and I cannot get my days annual leave back either. Another reminder to use a more professional company to buy your TVs
