ordered an expensive Smeg gas hob, on line, that was delivered damaged and I mean damaged.
OK these things happen. what happened next was diabolical. having spent over 3 hours on the phone over two week trying to get a replacement I finally gave up, cancelled my order and went else where, which I strongly recommend anyone else does.
I was fobbed off, promised return calls, that never happened, and the final straw was the lies.
I was even refused access to speak to a senior member of staff to deal with my complaint/issue. Never again will I order from Curries. I find out yesterday, that my uncle had a similar issue a couple of months ago, so not an isolated incident. Unless you can go in store touch it, examine it and take it away, don't bother. Life is to short
