CURRYS CON. Ordered a laptop with the specific and catagoric requirement for a LAN socket. Acer Aspire. Ashfird Kent store.
They had one on display with a LAN but none in stock. They found me same model on their system with slightly better spec confirming LAN. Picture also showed LAN. Spec stated LAN. Independent Website shiws LAN.
I WAS messed around over in store delivery 4 times and thus in the store many times. I repeatedly checked the spec with various people.
It arrived last Saturday but they did not botber to call me. I went to store and after ages they dug it out. I again checked that it had LAN.
I took the item home to disciver no LAN PORT. They lied. Immediately returned.
I was refunded but they made no attempt to find a resolution and had a don't give a damn attitude.
I was later messed around with customer service failings...no proper contact details, no emails no direct numbers. I was finally contacted by a lady bamed Leah or something similar whi promised to get the area head office on to it and complaint v store manager. I have heard nout.
I now have no Laptop, have wasted 2 weeks of my time and have sprnt a fortune on petrol.
