Swindon Store.
Waited in all day for a scheduled delivery. Called the knowhow.co.uk site at 6.15pm and after 20 minutes on hold at 5p/minute was told they were running late and would be with me by 7.00pm. No Delivery arrived. Just checked on-line to find that I have been rescheduled and am expected to wait for another 5 days. Off to cancel the order tomorrow and will buy on-line from AO. No phone calls at any point from this pathetic company.
